Ubuntu Capital Ventures
Where our advisory work began — building toward a complete platform for African government-backed investment opportunities.
Ubuntu Capital's advisory practice is the foundation of a broader platform designed to mobilise capital for transformative African projects. As our advisory mandates grow and our deal pipeline matures, we are building toward two additional capabilities: deal syndication and direct investment.
What We're Building
Deal Syndication Platform
In DevelopmentWe are building a technology-enabled syndication platform that will allow qualified investors to participate in government-backed commercial lending opportunities originated through our advisory work. The platform will handle SPV formation, investor onboarding, cap table management, and distribution — purpose-built for African sovereign and sub-sovereign credit.
Ubuntu Capital Fund
PlannedOur long-term objective is to establish an investment fund that takes principal positions in commercial tranches of the government financing deals we advise on. By participating directly in the capital stack alongside our investor network, we align our incentives fully with outcomes — ensuring that the projects we help finance are projects we believe in enough to invest in ourselves.
Note to Investors
Ubuntu Capital Ventures is not yet open for investment. We are building these capabilities deliberately, grounded in real deal flow from our advisory practice rather than speculative capital raising.
If you are an institutional or qualified investor interested in African government-backed credit opportunities, we welcome early conversations.
Our Roadmap
We're building methodically, with each capability grounded in real advisory work.
