About Us
How We Work
A clear, structured process from first conversation to financial close.
Our Advisory Process
Phase 1: Initial Consultation & Scoping
We begin with a no-cost initial consultation to understand the project, its policy context, and the government's financing objectives. We assess whether the project is a good fit for our advisory services and, if so, propose a scope of work.
Phase 2: Project Assessment & Preparation
We conduct a thorough assessment of the project's technical, financial, and institutional feasibility. Where gaps exist, we prepare or commission the studies, models, and documentation needed to bring the project to bankable standard.
Phase 3: Financing Strategy
We map the universe of available financing sources and recommend an optimal capital structure. We identify the best-fit lenders — concessional, bilateral, grant, or commercial — and prepare a financing strategy tailored to the project and the borrower's profile.
Phase 4: Application & Engagement
We prepare complete financing applications and manage lender engagement on behalf of our government client. We handle documentation, respond to due diligence queries, and coordinate between the borrower and the lender throughout the process.
Phase 5: Structuring & Close
We support term sheet negotiation, help the client satisfy conditions precedent, and work toward financial close. Our engagement does not end until capital is committed.
Our Commitment
- •
We work on the government's side of the table
Our obligation is to our public-sector clients, not to lenders or intermediaries.
- •
We don't walk away at financial close
We stay engaged through disbursement and implementation if needed.
- •
We build for the long term
We aim to be a trusted advisor across multiple projects and multiple years.
